  1. Hi there,
Friend is looking at booking a spot with dog and me as her 2nd person.
Question is around your no refund policy…….if the dog died(not likely but pissible) or medical emergency for owner makes them unable to attend is there any refund, even partial in extreme circumstances?
    Thanks
    Vicki

    • Hi! There are certain instances where we would process a refund, but due to the time and finances it takes to travel across the world to hold this event, we have a no refund policy. Tickets are transferrable and the person could find someone else to go in their place. If we have a waitlist for working spots, we would also try to fill the spot from that, however, we cannot make any guarantees!
